Community Based Outpatient Clinics


CBOC Staff and PatientAs part of our primary care service, you may receive treatment at one of our Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). The Dayton VA Medical Center supports four CBOCs. Lima CBOC serves the veterans in Allen, Auglaize, Defiance, Hancock, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Paulding, Putnam, Shelby, Van Wert, and Wyandot Counties. Middletown CBOC serves the veterans in Butler and Warren Counties; Richmond, Indiana CBOC serves the veterans in Wayne County; Springfield CBOC serves the veterans in Clark, Champaign and Greene counties.

Appointments

Scheduled appointments are required, so please contact the appropriate clinic at the phone numbers provided on the clinic pages. Your primary care nurse at the clinic may be able to answer your questions or concerns during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After regular hours, call our Tele-Nurse at 1-888-VET-OHIO (838-6446). A phone call may save you a trip to the clinic.
