At the Dayton VA Medical Center, our goal is to assist you in getting an appointment without a long delay.

If you have received a letter stating that you need to make an appointment, please call the Dayton VA Medical Center at (937) 268-6511.

To schedule an appointment with a Specialty Clinic, please call (937) 268-6511 ext. 2322, 2323, 2324, or 2325, or visit the Green Desk located on the ground floor of the Patient Tower (Bldg. 330).

Changing Your Appointment

For a listing of your current appointments, please visit My HealtheVet, or call the Dayton VA Medical Center at (937) 268-6511.

If you cannot keep an existing appointment, please contact us as soon as you are aware you cannot make your appointment. This will allow us to reschedule you sooner as well as schedule one of your fellow veterans for the original appointment date and time. Call (937) 268-6511, or use My HealtheVet to reschedule.
