Application Development

ARC can build your whole application from conception to operation and beyond. Application Development Services include all stages of the development lifecycle: initial system definition, design, development, and testing (including accessibility testing); for systems ranging from small workgroup solutions to enterprise and e-commerce applications. Application Development Services can be combined with Hosting Services, as well as with the Certification and Accreditation Service. All Application Development Services are backed by our Configuration, Change, and Release Management processes.

Website Development

Website Development includes development of new websites and maintenance for existing websites. Available features include content development, accessibility testing, version control, and publication. Website Development can be combined with Hosting Services.

Hosting

ARC IT provides a secure, managed environment spanning multiple architectures and technologies. We offer hosting services at 4 tiers, from basic "footprint, power, pipe and ping," to highly customized managed offerings.

Services can be provided for production systems, contingency/Disaster Recovery for your primary systems (hosted locally or elsewhere), and development/test regions. The reliability and performance of production systems hosted by ARC can be enhanced through the engineering and deployment of load-balanced high-availability solutions.

Our hosting services include multiple platform support options, including patch and vulnerability management, virus protection, monitoring, systems administration, and 24-hour access to our Service Desk.

Depending on need, Hosting may often require the inclusion of other services, including:

Internet

Internet Services include all services that allow customers' applications to be accessed via the Internet and allow users to access the Internet resources needed to accomplish their mission in a fast and cost efficient way.

Network

Network Services include highly secure local, metropolitan, and wide area network (WAN) connectivity, design, construction, and management. These services provide both internal and external customers with access to the necessary resources needed to accomplish their mission.

IT Service Desk

The IT Service Desk, staffed by knowledgeable, friendly and helpful ARC technicians, is offered as a companion to any other service. It is your single point of contact for help with incidents, requests, or questions regarding our services. Service Levels for the IT Service Desk can be negotiated when establishing your services.

The IT Service Desk is available on a 24/7/365 basis.

Security

Information Technology at a government level must have the security it deserves. ARC's complete IT Security Services include Certification and Accreditation, incident response support, security assessment and consulting, vulnerability testing and assessment, and security training.
