System Define

Our intense System Define Effort is the first step to solving your IT issues with real-world solutions. A typical System Define Effort requires two to three days of Start-Up and up to two weeks of Define Sessions. These intense Define Session include YOU; your agency is expected to participate fully in each daily session. This helps us better serve your needs directly during our Define Effort, and results in a system that meets those specific needs. Production Support

The ARC Office of Information Technology provides production support for systems. Production support can include:

• Ongoing system maintenance and support to research, recommend, and if applicable, execute resolutions for production problems
• Data analysis and generation of reports on data that cannot be gathered through regular processing of the system

Rapid Application Development (RAD) Consulting

We can offer you consulting and support for implementing projects using Public Debt's RAD methodology.

Service Availability

Hours of availability for project managers and developers are negotiated on a per-project basis. Production support hours are negotiated on a per-system basis.
