If you are experiencing problems with opening documents in eOPF, see below for 3 different things you can do to correct the problem.

  1. You may need to delete the Temporary Internet Files on your computer.

  2. Follow these instructions to make a change to your settings in Internet Explorer:

    Open Internet Explorer
    Under "Tools", select "Internet Options"
    Go to "Advanced" tab
    Under "Settings", scroll all the way to the bottom
    Remove checkmark beside "Do not save encrypted pages to disk"
    Click on "OK"

  3. Follow these instructions if you receive an error message when clicking the View Document icon in eOPF:

    Adobe Acrobat Fix (.pdf)
