Response:
Sometimes, pages move; a bookmark is then no longer active. This happens from time to time as we improve and expand our site. Although we strive to maintain a consistent website, revision and improvement processes can sometimes interfere with bookmarks. Occasionally, addresses must be changed to accommodate new additions.
