Deputy Secretary Simon talks about the importance of reading at Jennie Moore Elementary School in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, where ED, First Book, and Random House Children's Books launched the 2008 Back to School Book Donation. First Book, Random House Children's Books, and ED are providing 300,000 free books for schools, libraries, and community organizations to promote literacy and supply books to children in need.
