Contracts

Mowing Contract: There is one mowing contract, which encompasses approximately 400 acres of mowing and trimming of roadsides, park areas, and the dam. This is a 5-year contract that expires in 2011.
Refuse Contract: There is one refuse contract that takes care of Corps of Engineers park areas. This is a 3-year contract involving 12 months per year.
Park Custodian Contracts: There are three live-in park custodian contracts. These are 2-year contracts. One involves 6 months per year, and the other two contracts involve 5 months per year.
Facilities Cleanup Contract: There is one facilities cleanup contract that maintains various park and day use areas around Clinton Lake. This is a 5-year contract involving 6 months per year.
Janitorial Service Contract: There is one janitorial contract that services three buildings in the administrative area. This a 2-year contract involving 12 months per year.
Park Attendant Contracts: There are two live-in park attendant contracts. Both are 2-year contracts. One involves 6 1/2 months per year, while the other involves 5 months per year.
