• The Developmental Activities link opens documents listing additional activities that may help to improve skills and knowledge related to a specific competency.

1. Log on to the OLC,
2. Select the catalog search link at the top of the page,
3. Follow the catalog search instructions to find the course, and
4. Select the Add to Learning Plan button to add the course to your OLC learning Plan.

PASS Competencies

TSO and Lead TSO PASS competency performance is measured in the areas of Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills, Decisiveness, and Oral Communication.

Supervisory TSO and Security Manager PASS competency performance is measured in the areas of Conflict Management, Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills, Decisiveness, Oral Communication, and Team Building.
