This session is designed for homebuilders who are new to ENERGY STAR and those who work with them.
How to Market ENERGY STAR Qualified Homes In this one-hour session, you will learn best practices for how to use ENERGY STAR as a new marketing platform and integrate ENERGY STAR into your current ad campaign and marketing materials. A live demonstration of the ENERGY STAR Marketing Toolkit will also be included. This session is designed for homebuilder marketing staff and those who work with them who are already familiar with ENERGY STAR.
Best Practices for Selling ENERGY STAR Qualified Homes: Part II In this one-hour session built upon Part I, you will learn advanced techniques for communicating the value of ENERGY STAR qualified homes to home buyers face-to-face. This session is designed for homebuilder sales staff and those who work with them who are already familiar with ENERGY STAR. It is recommended but not required to participate in Part I before this course.
