Building
Management Division - Oversees all
electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling
systems in the HCHB; performs all minor
plaster, paint, and carpentry projects
necessitated by daily use, and elevator
maintenance.
Facilities
Services Division - Oversees contracts
for concessions, recycling, cafeteria,
janitorial services, pest control, trash removal, and landscaping services
for the HCHB.
Space
Management Division -
This
division provides on-going space
management, space planning, design
services, and procurement services for
carpet, furniture, and drapes for HCHB
tenants.
Renovation Project Division -
Serves
as the liaison with GSA (General Services
Administration), representing the
Department’s
interests in all aspects of the renovation
and modernization of HCHB for which GSA
has responsibility.

Conference
Audiovisual Support - Coordinates
scheduling of conference rooms, the auditorium, and the main lobby
of the HCHB for use by Department Bureaus;
provides audiovisual equipment and limited
operational services in support of the
HCHB tenants and functions scheduled in
the HCHB conference space.
