Low Emission Nonroad Diesel Engines and Fuel - Proposed Rule

In April 2003, EPA issued the proposed rule to reduce emissions from nonroad diesel engines by treating engine controls and reduced sulfur fuel as a system to gain the greatest emission reductions. The Agency issued the final rule in May 2004 to adopt this comprehensive national program. The following documents are related to the proposed rule.
