PPQ is in the process of converting its emergency response management to the Incident Command System (ICS). A new manual incorporating ICS will be available in early 2005. The current manual serves as a guide to plan, conduct, and monitor orderly and successful emergency eradication projects against introduced plant pests. However, consult with your Regional Emergency Coordinator on how to properly structure an emergency program response. [Latest Update: 09/05/02]

Treatment Manual [Latest Update: 08/12/08]
Operational guide for selecting and conducting quarantine treatments.
