Department of Commerce’s Program for Entrepreneurial Growth
(PEG) seeking to improve the global environment for innovation
and entrepreneurship
Goals: To expand transatlantic partnership, trade
and investment opportunities while encouraging pro-innovation,
pro-entrepreneurship policy changes in Europe. To help
European financiers, entrepreneurs and innovators craft a common
policy message and engage European policymakers.
Benefits: U.S. and European participants will
establish new professional contacts, gain access to potential
markets, discuss ideas and opportunities for partnership, trade
and investment, and engage local policy makers on public policies
to improve innovative and entrepreneurial activity.

- Link U.S.-based entrepreneurs, financiers and educators with European counterparts
- Conduct via web-based video conferencing software without leaving one’s office
- Establish mentor-mentee and peer-to-peer relationships and business partnerships
