Human Capital Innovations
The Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE) provides technical training assistance to the U.S. Department of Energy in the areas of federal and contractor training and qualification management. This includes:
- Needs assessments
- Human capital and workforce analyses
- Process analyses and improvement
- Training program design
- Development and delivery of training material
- Program administration, including database development and management
- Exam bank development and maintenance
- Evaluation of training and qualification program effectiveness
- Workshops on conducting assessments
- Management of client websites
ORISE also manages the Oak Ridge Office Training Center for the U.S. Department of Energy. This includes:
- Training registration
- Library resource and training material management
- Classroom coordination and setup
