Volunteers like you are a special breed, and we appreciate your interest in and dedication to our underserved American Indian and Alaska Native population. Because positions open and close so quickly, we do not maintain a current listing of vacancies. Instead, all applications are held in a database that can be searched by the appropriate person at any IHS or Tribal facility in search of a volunteer.
To apply, please prepare a cover letter and CV as Word documents. Visit the VOLUNTEER link and complete the online profile. Once you submit your profile, you will be prompted to upload your CV and Cover letter. Your cover letter should include your time table of availability and your primary geographic preference, although we appreciate flexibility to go where the needs are greatest.
