The Division of Business Operations performs Budget, Capital Planning and Acquisitions management services for ETA information technology end users and stakeholders. The information technology management and administrative services performed by the PROTECH Division of Business Operations also include Enterprise Architecture and E-Government coordination. The PROTECH Division of Business Operations represents ETA on the Department of Labor's Electronic Government (eGov), Capital Planning and Enterprise Architecture Sub-Committees, including the Department of Labor's Technical Review Board (TRB). The PROTECH Division of Business Operations manages special projects and complex procurement actions needing extended research and planning.
