The PMF Program at the FBI - Developing Tomorrow's Leaders Today!
Clear gif

The FBI began participating in the Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program in 1987 and has looked to the PMF Program as a source of accomplished and highly qualified individuals, most of whom are now career employees in a variety of positions throughout the FBI. During PMF class years 2004 - 2007, the FBI hired approximately 75 Fellows from a wide variety of backgrounds. For the first time, the FBI hired Fellows in three "cohorts" to afford them the opportunity to get to know others in their class. Each of the cohorts received a Program-specific orientation seminar that provided information on such topics as security, foreign travel as a Fellow and the FBI PMF Program requirements.
