On April 30, 2007, a Notice of Violation was issued for a Severity
Level III violation involving the individual’s deliberate misconduct
that caused two NRC licensees to be in violation of
10 CFR 30.9. Specifically, the individual submitted information to
each licensee that he knew to be inaccurate in violation of 10 CFR
30.10. The licensees subsequently submitted the inaccurate information
to the NRC causing them to be in violation of NRC regulations. |
