Student Awards

Several MBRS program participants at CSUDH have received awards recently from the university: Aria Miller received the CSUDH Outstanding Thesis Award, Teresa Ramirez received the Dr. Lois W. CHI-Emeritus Faculty Association Scholarship, and Victor Rico and Freddi Zuniga received CSUDH Chapter Sigma Xi Outstanding Student Research Awards.

Two MORE program participants at Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, KS, received scholarships through the Coca-Cola Native American Scholarship Program. Brian Yazzie and Christopher Drymon will receive financial assistance from the Coca-Cola Foundation to pursue undergraduate degrees at the University of Kansas in Lawrence.
