Provide policy leadership and services to support the President's Management Agenda initiatives and the Secretary’s vision for safer, simpler, smarter transportation solutions.

OUR FUNCTIONS

Provide Departmental leadership in human resources, security, acquisition and grants, information services, transportation and facilities, and space management. This leadership includes establishing policies, providing operational services, directing financial management of DOT's Working Capital Fund, and serving as the Department's liaison with the Inspector General and the U.S. General Accounting Office.
