Our Website Mission:
Provide timely, accurate information and advice dietitians and nutritionists can use to achieve career objectives and the goals of the US PHS.
Inspire and assist potential members to select a PHS career.
Website Goals for 2004-2005:
- Successfully launch the newly designed website on the Food and Drug Administration Server by July 2004.
- Prioritize and provide information related to our stated mission that is current, effective and monitored. (on-going)
- Develop policies related to website development and operations by December 2006.
Permission form for Photos/videos
The committee welcome photos of events and programs that involve PHS Dietitians and Nutritionists.
A signed permission slip of each person in the photo must accomplish the photo.
The photo can not be placed on the site without written permission (Permission/Release Form)
from each person. Submit your information, photo and permission form to the Website Sub committee Chairperson or the Website Coordinator at
PHS D/N Website Coordinator.
