VI. IN SUPPORT OF THIS NATIONAL GOAL, THE BPHC PLANS TO:
  1. Will provide resources to support and train additional coordinators and the Asthma Cluster Director. The
    PCAs and CNs to include in submitted budget.
  2. In collaboration with IHI and NACHC, hold two team development workshops for PCA Executive Director,
    CN director, cluster collaborative director, cluster collaborative coordinator and IS specialist, BPHC
    National Director and IHI National Director. This training may also include HIV Bureau-funded coordinators
    as well as State DCPs as appropriate. Include travel, lodging and registration in budget.
  3. Continue to augment the expertise of the cluster and IS coordinators through training and coaching in
    partnership with IHI.
  4. Meet with the executive management of each lead PCA once per grant cycle. The purpose of the meeting
    is communication, accountability and reporting related to current and postcollaborative teams, spread,
    equity, and resource allocation.
