MISSION
The mission of the Business Process Reengineering (BPR)/Financial Systems Division is to develop the financial processes and acquire systems necessary to support the Comptroller’s goal of providing accurate, reliable, and timely financial information that is easily accessible to DISA managers.
FUNCTIONS
- Plan, conduct, and coordinate the BPR activities of financial management.
- Develop requirements for and administer the DISA financial management systems.
- Provide advice, direction and assistance on DISA’s accounting systems.
- Represent Chief Financial Executive/Comptroller on the DISA Knowledge Management Council.
