MISSION
The mission of the Working Capital Fund Division is to manage DISA Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) budgetary operations to support DISA goals and priorities.
FUNCTIONS
- Obtain, allocate, monitor, realign and defend the Agency's DWCF resources.
- Serve as the DISA point of contact on DWCF budgetary issues.
- Develop and provide guidance on DWCF policy and procedures involving all phases of budget formulation, justification and execution; and lead all phases of these processes.
- Provide and monitor DWCF budget controls to DISA activities through operating and capital fund authority allocations and reprogramming actions.
- Conduct performance reviews that evaluate program outcomes against allocated funding.
