PEO OPERATIONS (SS_C)
MISSION
Oversee, plan, acquire, and deliver the necessary resources to ensure successful implementation and execution of the PEO-STS mission. Plan, manage, and oversee the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) across the PEO-STS
FUNCTIONS
- Manage and execute the activities to support PEO internal business operations.
- Manage space and facilities requirements for the PEO.
- Manage, oversee and execute the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard
- Perform suspense and correspondence management.
- Perform security management (e.g. clearances, DD-254, badges, CAC).
- Ensure accountability of physical property and maintain inventory records.
- Perform supply management (e.g., office supply tracking and ordering).
- Perform records management for official PEO documentation (e.g. personnel records, awards processing).
