How To Do Business With ORNL

The Small Business Programs Office (SBPO) serves as the advocate and point of contact for small businesses and educational institutions, including Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority Educational Institutions (MEIs), seeking contracting opportunities to link them to science and technology programs at Oak Ridge National Laboratory.

Steps in Doing Business with ORNL

  1. Register your business in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
  2. Register your business in the Supplier Information database.
  3. Send Keith Joy your capabilities statement to better acquaint us with you company.
  4. If possible, come by to meet with Keith to discuss your company capabilities.
