This project will support the widening of Kirkwood Blvd. from Stockton Drive to Tyler Street. The portion of the road is included in the Mobility and Thoroughfare Master Plan. The project's aim is to increase mobility in the northern portion of the city. Included is funding for engineering design, ROW acquisition, testing, and construction.
