Dheeraj Mishra has more than 20 years of combined experience in IT & HR while working in various implementation and support of HR and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. He provides leadership and management in the effective administration of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and employee data to achieve UNT World goals and objectives. He provides employee data-analytics derived from a diverse array of sources, is reliable, accessible and adaptable to support external and internal reporting requirements as well as impactful organizational decisions. He champions focusing on continuous improvement in quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction by embedding the Toyota Production System (TPS) methodology and Six Sigma Greenbelt practices in the day-to-day business processes.
