March 25: FMCSA Opens Portal Call Center

If you are having an issue registering for or accessing your FMCSA Portal account as part of the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse (Clearinghouse) registration process, please visit: https://clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov/Contact.

The FMCSA Contact Center remains open to assist customers with Portal-related issues not related to the Clearinghouse registration process as well as answer FMCSA licensing, insurance, medical and other registration-related questions. To reach the FMCSA Contact Center, please dial 1-800-832-5660.

Motor carriers can apply for temporary operating authority registration while providing direct assistance supporting emergency COVID-19 relief efforts.
