MVP enrollment and COVID-19

In alignment with the VA Office of Research and Development and MVP Leadership, to best protect our Veterans MVP is ceasing all MVP in-person recruitment and enrollment activities as of Monday 3/16, including centralized invitational mailings due to the concern of COVID-19. We will continue MVP recruitment and enrollment through MVP Online.

New MVP COVID-19 Survey available to participants now – visit MVP Online to learn more.

MVP is dedicated to learning more about diseases that impact both Veterans and humankind to help with prevention and treatment.  To help address the recent pandemic, a new MVP COVID-19 Survey is now available to MVP participants.  This survey provides an opportunity for Veterans to help MVP learn more about their experience with COVID-19, including how the pandemic is affecting their physical and mental health.

About

MVP online The Million Veteran Program (MVP) is a national research program to learn how genes, lifestyle, and military exposures affect health and illness. Since launching in 2011, over 825,000 Veteran partners have joined one of the world's largest programs on genetics and health.

Veterans who partner with MVP contribute to improving the lives of fellow Veterans and ultimately, everyone. Scientific discoveries from MVP are already underway, helping us reach our goal of transforming health now and for future generations.
