FMCSA has consolidated the USDOT, MC and MX PINs into one USDOT PIN. Effective April 27, 2020, the MC and MX PINs have been eliminated. All FMCSA systems will be accessed using your USDOT PIN only. If you do not have your USDOT PIN or need to reset it, please visit our PIN request website.

Please note that you may notice a change in our e-mail address when we reply to you. It will now read: FMCSA Customer Service. To ensure timely and effective e-mail delivery, please check your spam folders and settings to allow e-mails from this address.

It's the fastest service option available to complete (free) biennial updates, address and phone number changes, reinstatement of your operating authority, name changes and voluntary revocations. If you don't have your USDOT PIN or need it reset, please click here. Note that MC and MX PINs were eliminated on April 27, 2020, so everything now is consolidated into one USDOT PIN for you to access your account.
