Flags may be ordered online or by mail.

1.    Flags may be ordered online by completing this form. Requests must be made at least seven days in advance and must not exceed 45 days in advance of the requested flying date.

2.    Or print and complete this form and mail with payment to:

       Senator Chuck Grassley
       United States Senate
       Attn: Flags
       135 Hart Senate Office Building
       Washington, DC 20510-1501

Because of security-related delays in mail delivery to the U.S. Capitol complex, flag requests being mailed should be sent at least six weeks prior
       to the requested flying date.

Payment must be received before a request can be processed.  Flags are delivered to the requestor approximately six weeks after they have been flown.

*The Secretary of the Senate sets all flag prices.  These prices are subject to change.

Fallen Heroes Flag Act. Congress passed a law to pay tribute to America’s first responders who lost their lives in the line of duty. Iowans who would like to have a flag flown over the U.S. Capitol to honor a fallen hero from their immediate family (firefighter, law enforcement officer, EMS crew member) may make that request by contacting my office at (202) 224-3744. There is no cost to families who qualify for the Fallen Heroes Flag program. Learn more about the program here
