Visitor Information

Visitors to our campus:

What is a Visitor?

A Visitor is defined as anyone who is not enrolled in classes, does not work for the university, and anyone who is NOT otherwise affiliated with the university in any way. UNT Denton students, staff and faculty are not considered visitors. Visitor permits and visitor spaces are NOT to be used by students or faculty/staff members of UNT, UNT-D, UNTHSC or UNT System.

I am a visitor to UNT, where can I park?
Visitors have several options: hourly parking garages, hourly parking lots, meters, or purchasing a visitor permit.

Visitor parking at the Highland Street Garage costs $2.00 an hour, payable by credit card or cash.
Visitor parking at the Union Circle Garage (and nearby surface lot 49) costs $2.25 an hour, payable by credit card (at Smart Meters) or Parkmobile.
