One of the most common techniques that hackers use to gain sensitive information from people is by phishing, which is a fraudulent email attempt to lure people into sharing their personal, financial and other sensitive information. Once the information is shared, the hackers then use that information to gain access to personal accounts.
Many employees are enjoying the use of a digital workspace thanks to Microsoft Office 365, OneDrive for Business. Information Technology Shared Services began migrating faculty and staff to the new cloud application in June 2014.
As a digital workspace, the OneDrive Desktop Application lets you easily sync files between your computer, mobile devices or multiple computers. You can choose specific folders to sync or drag and drop items from your PC to your OneDrive folder to seamlessly connect your documents and files for 1 TB of cloud storage.
The PeopleSoft Upgrade for Finance project team continues to make improvements while upgrading the PeopleSoft Finance system from version 9.0 to version 9.2.
“The primary goal is to reduce the need for system customizations and deliver greater capability and use for PeopleSoft tools,” said Kem Marcum, ERP application development director in Information Technology Shared Services During the project, the team partnered with Ciber Inc. for help with project management, functional and technical consulting resources.
