Spatial Data Management Overview

The Spatial Data Management (SDM) program is a national effort to capture and maintain information about our federally owned building space. 

• SDM Benefits - a list of SDM benefits
• National Business Space Assignment Policy - provides business practices for the assignment of space within the federally owned and leased inventory
• Space Assignment - provides the SDM process steps and space classifications
• National Drawing Requests - from customer agencies for tabular reports or drawings in PDF and/or DWG format. These requests require a response from more than one or all GSA Regional Offices. Contact the National Account Manager (NAM) to coordinate national drawing requests.
