Register your business
Any business interested in procurement opportunities with the Laboratory should register with the System for Award Management (SAM) or call 1-888-227-2423. The SAM is the primary supplier for the federal government.
Email us your complete Small Business Database Registration Form (pdf) and attach a company capability statement.
Your capability statement should include all relevant NAICS codes plus the following:
- Identify any unique products or services
- Number of years in business and any Small Business certifications
- Identify previous contracts
- Identify your customers
- Provide past performance ratings, if any
- If construction, bonding requirements, safety records, etc.
