This page contains links to guidance documents and other information sources that are relevant to the RCRA Corrective Action program. EPA Region 3 expects that work performed by facilities will be in accordance with these guidance documents, as appropriate, particularly when a facility is under a cleanup agreement that references portions of this page. If you have questions, please contact the remedial project manager assigned to the facility.

- Region 3 RCRA Corrective Action Long-Term Stewardship Approach (July 2016) [PDF, 291KB , 2 pages, About PDF] The Region 3 approach to Long-Term Stewardship (LTS) relies on existing EPA guidance developed with the goal to assess the long term effectiveness of completed remedies: engineered controls (EC) and institutional controls (IC) at facilities.
