The local governments within the urbanized areas of North Central Texas are committed to implementing a cooperative and comprehensive program to manage stormwater quality issues affecting the region.

Cooperative Purchases

To maximize group savings for current program participants, the Regional Stormwater Management Program will conduct one purchase annually of the items listed in the Cooperative Purchase Order Form. Items change slightly from year to year based on feedback from the Public Education Task Force. This order form is generally posted in September with an October deadline.

Our goal is to combine as many orders as possible to achieve the lowest unit cost for program participants. A 20 percent administrative fee will be added to orders of non-participants. To find out your participation status, click here.
