PII Annual Training Certificate

Annual privacy training is mandatory and must be completed by August 31 each year, as stated in this message. The preferred sources of training for the Navy are Navy Knowledge Online (NKO) and the Total Workforce Management System (TWMS). MarineNet is the preferred source for the Marine Corps.
By using these "preferred" training sources, completion metrics are available for reporting purposes and an individual completion certificate is produced for local training records.
There are circumstances where DON employees cannot access the training via these methods, e.g., when there are bandwidth issues.
In these cases, the training is available here, or can be provided on compact disk.
These two sources do not provide a certificate. The attached certificate is intended to be used, and should be provided to your local training officer, as your record of completion.
