Hazus Software

Software

Hazus 3.2

A number of architectural changes were made to the Hazus code structure with the release of Hazus 3.2. Check out the User Release notes that come with the download of the software to learn more about the changes. You can also look at historical User Release Notes for the Hazus software on the FEMA Document Library. To read more about the Hazus Modernization effort, you can check out the Modernization page on fema.gov.

Download Hazus 3.2

Download the latest version of Hazus free-of-charge online by visiting the FEMA Flood Map Service Center (MSC) Hazus page.

International users may download the Hazus 3.2 software, but not the U.S. state or territory datasets. International users who require technical assistance downloading the software may email the FEMA Map Information eXchange (FMIX) at FEMAMapSpecialist@riskmapcds.com.

Comprehensive Data Management System (CDMS)

FEMA's CDMS tool provides users with the capability to support analysis by updating and managing statewide datasets. It is included with the Hazus 3.2 software.
