Environmental Assessment for Huntley Pryor Creek Crossing Repairs, Apsaalooke Nation, Montana (October 2011)
The purpose of this Environmental Assessment is to address repairs to the Huntley Pryor Creek Crossing. The proposed action consists of removing the existing concrete box culvert structure in the Huntley Main Canal and replacing it with an inverted siphon.This EA has been prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, the President’s Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) regulations to implement NEPA (40 Code of Federal Regulations [CFR] Parts 1500-1508),and FEMA’s regulations implementing NEPA (44 CFR Part 10).
