The FRCSW mission is to produce quality airframes, engines, components and support equipment, as well as providing service that meets the Naval Aviation Enterprise's (NAE) aircraft ready-for-tasking goals with improved effectiveness and efficiency. We need your experiences and skills to provide mission-critical maintenance and repair services for our Sailors and Marines.

FRCSW supplies the skills, processes and facilities needed to accomplish the maintenance, repair and overhaul of aviation assets to keep the NAE ready to train, fight and win. Employing a mix of military, civilian and contractor aviation maintenance professionals FRCSW delivers safe and effective airborne platforms and ground equipment to the Sailors and Marines who defend our national interests around the globe.

FRCSW directly supports the mission of the United States Navy - to maintain, train and equip combat-ready Naval forces capable of winning wars, deterring aggression and maintaining freedom of the seas. The Department of the Navy uses a fully automated process to fill its positions. This system is called USAJOBS.

You must create a USAJOBS account, build/upload a resume (detailed, long-hand resumes are preferred), as well as other relevant supporting documentation to your profile.
