Sponsors, Dependents and CORs to include all Active Duty, Reserve, DON civilian Employees, Non Appropriated Funds (NAF) Employees, Nex Employees and Applicable Dependents designated in Geographic Area of Interest (GAOI) within the CNRSE AOR are required to muster via Navy Family Accountability and Assessment System (NFAAS) at https://navyfamily.navy.mil<https://navyfamily.navy.mil/>. If you are unable to log in please muster with your chain of command to report your status and whereabouts immediately.
How to muster:
1. Open NFAAS by going to https://navyfamily.navy.mil<https://navyfamily.navy.mil/>. Once you are in the system, click the "Click Here" button on the left under Navy Military, Civilians, OCONUS Contractors, and their Families. If you have forgotten or are not sure what your username/password is please use the "I do not know my username/password" link on the "Select Login Method" screen.
2. After logging in, you will see a window that has the name of the event, your name and your dependents information (if applicable).
3. Select a Muster Status from the drop-down menu and click "Save" to update your information.

Pinecastle Range Complex Training Schedule
Navy training schedules indicate that inert bombing will take place at the Pinecastle Range Complex located in the Ocala National Forest the following day and time:
11 OCTOBER 2016 - 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. - Inert
3:15 p.m.-5 p.m. - Inert
12 OCTOBER 2016 - 10:15 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. - Inert
13 OCTOBER 2016 - 10:15 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Inert

Pass & ID hours
Building 9/Pass & ID - Monday - Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Commercial Gate/Pass Office - Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Passes will be issued by the Yorktown gate sentry after hours and weekends.
Non NCAC (Rapid Gate) personnel will only be authorized during commercial gate hours. One-day passes will be issued when the Pass & ID office is not open.

Ethics Guidelines
Military personnel and government employees are reminded that there is a $20 rule on accepting gifts from any organization, agency or person. You may accept gifts given because of your military status only if they are $20 or less per source, per occasion and a maximum of $50 per source, per year. Accepting widely available discounts available to the general public or to all government and military personnel is permitted. For example, you are authorized to accept a "military discount for 20% off."
