Course Schedule

WISDOM is limited to individuals that currently have an M2 account and confirmed registration for the course.

WISDOM is a four-day class, held from Monday to Thursday. Prerequisite Defense Collaboration Services sessions will be held one to two weeks prior to the start of each session. Invitations to the DCS sessions will be sent to the class attendees.

In addition to the WISDOM in-class course, monthly one-hour DCS sessions are presented on various subjects. M2 blaster messages are sent out to all M2 users for each session. All DCS sessions are held at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time usually on the last Wednesday of the month.

ACCME Accreditation Statement

The Navy Medicine Professional Development Center (NMPDC), Continuing Medical Education (CME) Department, Bethesda, Maryland is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for Physicians.

CME AMA Credit Designation

The Navy Medicine Professional Development Center designates this Live Activity for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s) based upon learner participation. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

NURSE CONTINUING NURSING EDUCATION STATEMENTS:

This continuing nursing education activity was approved by the Navy Medicine Professional Development Center (NMPDC), an accredited approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

Disclosure Criteria for Successful Completion:  Criteria for successful completion for this activity includes:  pre-registering on the supplied website; sign-in on the attendance roster, attendance at entire event or session, and completion/submission of evaluation form.

DENTAL CONTINUING EDUCATION INSTRUCTIONS:

ADA CERP Statement for Dental Corps participants: The US Navy Dental Corps is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to the Commission for Continuing Education Provider Recognition at ADA.org/CERP Criteria for Successful Completion: Criteria for successful completion for this activity includes:  attendance at entire event or session, completion/submission of evaluation form.

DENTAL CE LETTER:  To obtain your dental CE letter, complete the online CME evaluation then contact Mr. Patrick McMahon at 301-319-4832 to request a dental CE letter.  Please reference 2015-1581.

HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION CONTINUING EDUCATION INSTRUCTIONS:

The Navy Medicine Professional Development Center is authorized to award (XX) hours of pre-approved ACHE Qualified Education credit (non-ACHE) for this program toward advancement, or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives.  Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit should indicate their attendance when submitting application to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.

ACHE CERTIFICATE INSTRUCTIONS:  Following attendance of this activity, you must complete the online activity evaluation.  Once evaluated, please send an email to request your ACHE certificate.  Please reference  2015-1581.

CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR OTHER PROFESSIONS:

This seminar qualifies for 32 continuing education contact hours (60-minute hour) as required by many national, state and local licensing boards and professional organizations.  It is recommended that you contact your regulatory board ahead of time with a copy of the program BROCHURE to request course approval for continuing education credits for your discipline.  A certificate of completion including contact hours will be awarded at the end of the program to those who complete the program evaluation.
