HHS Budget
The Secretary Presents the FY 2017 Budget
HHS is the principal Federal department charged with protecting the health of all Americans and providing essential human services. The Budget prioritizes core services and programs and makes targeted investments in training and support of health care providers, innovative biomedical research, food and drug safety, mental health services, health care for American Indians and Alaska natives, early childhood programs, and services for other vulnerable populations.

FY 2016 HHS Agency Financial Report
Our fiscal year 2016 Agency Financial Report provides fiscal and high-level performance results that enable the President, Congress, and American people to assess our accomplishments for the reporting period October 1, 2015, through September 30, 2016. This report provides an overview of our programs, accomplishments, challenges, and management’s accountability for the resources entrusted to HHS.
