Individuals with disabilities (IWD) make up an important and growing part of our team. In fact, NAVAIR has lead the Navy for five years in IWD hires. We are committed to implementing and expanding our IWD hiring initiatives, education within our organization and to constantly lowering barriers to work. Many of our positions require degrees in engineering, math, science or business. We also have non-degree positions in clerical, technical and logistical fields.
