Technical, Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) IDIQ

The support services to be acquired by the TABSS contract can be categorized into three domains: (1) Program Management, Engineering and Technology Support Services, (2) Business, Financial Management and Audit Support Services and (3) Contract Management Support Services. These domains comprise the professional services necessary to support a wide-range of acquisition lifecycle requirements.

Under this vehicle, DHS Components, including the programmatic needs of the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Acquisition Directorate (CG-9) may place orders on a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) which is preferred, or on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis.
