The Hazus Help Desk is a valuable resource to Hazus users, where they can submit and track help requests, view FAQs and find solutions for common problems in current and older versions of Hazus. Users can submit a request for technical assistance by sending an email to hazus-support@riskmapcds.com, where a technical expert will create a ticket and work to find a solution for your problem. The Help Desk is available during normal business hours.

Technical Compendium Series

The Hazus Technical Compendium Series is a comprehensive collection of Hazus technical and functional knowledge articles written by Hazus users. The Technical Compendium offers an easy and convenient way for users to share their knowledge with others in the Hazus user community.
