Summary

This audit will determine the effectiveness of the computer security and controls of three FTA systems: the Transportation Electronic Award Management System, Electronic Clearing House Operation System, and Delphi Online Transaction System. The audit will focus on security program planning and management, access controls, network vulnerabilities, application software development and change controls, system software controls, segregation of duties, and service continuity.
